Working via Skype is a very effective way to complete the Thrive Programme and allows you to fit sessions around your busy lifestyle, childcare, or work commitments. It is a convenient way to complete the programme and means you are not restricted to one location to work with me.

Booking a consultation with me via Skype is simple and straightforward. Contact me by phone, email or by using the Contact page. We can then arrange a FREE initial consultation to discuss how I can help you complete the Thrive Programme.
If you send me an invite prior to our appointment I can video call you at an arranged time that is convenient for you.
Skype sessions last approximately one hour and fifteen minutes and the full Programme generally takes 6 weeks to complete but can be tailored to suit your needs. Once the Programme is completed we would normally have a follow up session after a month or so to check on progress.
